Rihards Kuksiks had 15 points, Ty Abbott had 14 points while Jeff Pendergraph added 11 points and seven rebounds and Derek Glasser had 11 points and nine assists for the Sun Devils (10-1), who have a six-game winning streak.
Kal Bay had 12 points while Matt Stucki added 11 points and six rebounds for the Bengals (2-9), who have dropped their past four games.
The game was close over the first several minutes of the contest, but Harden completed a three-point play to spark a 10-3 run and Jamelle McMillan's jumper with about 9 1/2 minutes to play gave the Sun Devils a 23-15 advantage.
Arizona State continued to build on its lead as Harden scored three consecutive three-pointers and the team closed the half with the final five points to take a 43-28 lead into the locker room.
The Sun Devils started the second half with a 14-2 run to put the game away as Pendergraph scored seven points on the burst and his layup capped the run for a 57-30 lead.
Arizona State put the game on cruise control from there as the team continued to build its lead and were never threatened by the Bengals.
